Bulk Order Organisers Pack

Thank you for your interest in organising a ‘Number Fun – Home Zone’ Bulk Order.

For any Bulk Orders of 10 CDs or more, we will:

1. Send you a 10% Money Back cheque, which you can use in school.
2. Put the individual CD orders in clear plastic bags, secured with a label bearing the child's name.
3. Send you all the CDs postage free!

A Bulk Order Organisers Pack contains the following:

• A flier for each child in FS, Y1 and Y2. (You will need to contact us and specify how many fliers you require.)
• A Sample Letter* that you could amend and send out to parents along with the fliers.
• An Order Checklist*, on which you can keep track and catalogue the orders from parents.
• A Bulk Order Form*, with which you can submit a school order.

* These documents can be downloaded.

Suggested School Bulk Order Procedure:

1. Adapt the sample letter and prepare a version which is appropriate for your children to take home.
2. Send the parent letter home with one of the 'Number Fun - Home Zone CDs' fliers attached.
3. Printout or photocopy the Order Checklist so that you have one sheet per class.
4. Record the individual orders on the Order Checklists.
5. When all orders are in, complete the Bulk Order Form.
6. Send the Bulk Order Form, Order Checklists and full payment to Omega Zone Publishing.

At the Number Fun office we will then:

1. Check the order.  If there are any problems we will contact you and discuss the order.
2. Put the individual CD orders in clear plastic bags, secured with a label bearing the child's name.
3. Pack the CDs into box(es) for mailing.
4. Prepare a receipt for the CDs.
5. Prepare a 'Money Back' cheque to the value of 10% of the total order.
6. Send the CDs and the paperwork to you separately.
